Shipping & Returns

Returns (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your supplement must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

Email us at deivoska@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address:

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can use any tracked delivery service.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplement containers.

  • Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging.

  • Perishable items or short-dated stock.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item (following the steps above) and place a new order after your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. However, products must be returned unopened and sealed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Notes

  • Shipping fees (including express or priority upgrades) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Orders cannot be modified or redirected after shipment.
